Educate – When you walk into our vast showroom you will quickly realize that our first priority is to educate you, not sell you. Our knowledgeable associates will show you different products, options and will educate you about the differences in order for you to make the best decision for your home and budgetary needs. No pressure to buy or to upgrade to unnecessary products. Take the information we give you and go home and mull it over; we will be here when you are ready to proceed.

Selection – We carry several different manufacturers of windows, doors and siding. With various manufacturers we are able to show you different options and find the product that best suit your needs. We don’t need to “sell” you on one particular product. If one manufacturer doesn’t have what you need then we will look at other options for you.

Reliability – Not only have we lived in Chester County for over 35 years but we have been in business for over 23 years and we have over 20 local employees located in a building that we own. We are not owned by a faceless corporation and we have worked hard to build a great reputation based on our quality work, friendliness, reliability, honesty and caring. We aren’t going anywhere and you will always know where we are. Simply put – We are not a pick up contractor who can simply disappear when times get rough.

Trust – We live in and contribute to the same community as you; and it’s our family name on our front door. Co-Owner Mike Chapman has been a volunteer Firefighter in Chester County for over 30 years. He has been selflessly volunteering his time to the community and is the current Fire Chief for Lionville, PA. Co-owner Mark Chapman has 2 children active in local sports teams. He is an avid sponsor and donates funds and time coaching in support of our local youth. We take pride in our family name, our work and we care what our neighbors and customers say about us.
