Are you looking to join a company that truly cares about installing windows, doors and siding to the highest level of workmanship? As one of our Foreman, you will oversee and manage a job-site crew and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.


  • Provides leadership for the on-site crew.
  • Plans, coordinates, organizes, oversees, and directs activities regarding the job-site and project. Makes quick and necessary adjustments when unexpected complications or issues arise.
  • Collaborates with customers, supervisory staff, office personnel, and design professionals to discuss and resolve problems, including work procedures, complaints, and construction or design issues.
  • Manages and leads actions necessary due to delays, bad weather, or emergencies at job-sites.
  • Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed on the jobsite and all safety codes are met in installation.
  • Recognizes and identifies manufacturer defects and proactively seeks a solution addressing items on-site as able to minimize return trips to the jobsite.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with a variety of people, including owners, managers, designers, supervisors, mechanics, and customers.
  • Accurately measure for new orders.
  • Maintains a clean work area.
  • Prepares paperwork detailing material and labor time and costs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent tie management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions and work well under pressure when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.
  • Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.
  • Thorough understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software needed to complete reports and logs.

Education & Experience:

  • 5 years of construction experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position.
  • Current knowledge of building codes.
  • Advanced understanding of a structure and its parts and proper building terminology.
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. (For company vehicle use when required.)
