Chapman Windows Doors & Siding have been installing for over 22 years. Our installers are AAMA certified and trained and certified in the current installation regulations for the tristate area. Chapman carries and installs multiple brands in windows, doors, siding, shutters, and hardware. Our customers are not pressured into buying the most expensive product, but educated on what products fit their style and budget.
We make sure our customers are updated every step of the way. Once they decide to go forward with their job we order the products and send them expected dates of arrival, along with any additional information on staining/painting the product if applicable. Along with this information we send our “What to Expect” guidelines for installation. These guidelines are to prepare the home and the homeowners for installation to go smooth from beginning to end. Once the product is in and inspected we contact the customer once more notifying them of the arrival and when our Installation manager will contact them to schedule their install. On that date, our installation crew will arrive on site, prepare the area, install, and clean up afterwards, leaving the customer with a beautiful finish to their home.
Unlike some distributors and installers, we don’t disappear once the product is installed and receive final payment. We make sure the customer is satisfied with our work and their finished product. If any issues should arise we send out our service team to assess the issue and find a solution. To make it a little easier, we now offer a Service Request on our website. More than half of our business is generated from referrals and our loyal customers. To show appreciation to our customers we offer an incentive for referring others to our business.
