Foreman Ron and Foreman Shilo were both assigned to the project. Their attention to detail and workmanship was beyond my expectations. All the guys were incredibly personable (Mike, Mike M., Dave, Eshond, and John) and put in the hours necessary to get our job done well AND on time. They cleaned up thoroughly and left nothing behind for me to pick up. They also spent the time to walk me through the care and operation of my new fixtures once they were installed. My only wish is that they did interior renovations as well! I feel privileged to pay a reasonable price for this level of workmanship and peace of mind. Choices….Choices…Choices…… Following a lead from a radio ad and the reviews that we read on line, my wife and I decided to visit Chapman Windows and Doors in West Chester. The moment that we walked into the show room we knew that found the right place to meet our needs. The inventory of windows and doors on display provided options for every type of buyer. The entire process could not have been easier from a buyer’s point of view. Mike inquired as to what we were looking to purchase and then showed us various product lines to get our sense of style. All of our questions were answered without hesitation. Mike did not try to sell us the most expensive model nor did he try to upsell us on any features that we were not interested in purchasing. We were truly in the driver’s seat which was very comforting. I cannot emphasize enough the “Quality” Customer Service that we have received throughout this entire process. At every juncture of the process the Chapman staff responded positively and quickly to all of our questions and requests for changes. I cannot thank Mike, Ned, Jessica, Jackie and Michelle enough for their time and assistance with my project. At the time of this writing our replacement screen door, front door and patio door have been installed. We could not be happier with the quality of the product, the craftsmanship of the installation crew and customer service received to date. These guys exceeded my expectations on every aspect, from the sales meeting thru the installation. During the sales phase, there was never pressure, just information exchanges to make an informed choice. The installation team, Shilo and Ariel, were first rate. The installation took approximately 4 days to complete and my house was treated with the care as if it was their own (drop clothes used everywhere, dust and remnants vacuumed up and after each day there was no evidence work was even being performed). I can't say enough nice things about this company and how pleased we were with the result of our decision to use them. We will definitely hire them again when the time comes to replace the front door. Thank you guys for everything!

When we arrived at the showroom (without an appointment), the sales personnel were quite professional in acknowledging our presence and that someone would be with us shortly. The sales rep than listened to what we wanted in a storm door and showed us our options using samples in the showroom. We placed the order and within a few weeks the door we had ordered was delivered and installed by someone very knowledgeable about the installation process. The door looks great and the front door entrance is now properly insulated. This is a first-class business operation that we will be returning to when we begin to replace some windows.
