Chapman 30th Celebration Giveaway

In celebration of our 30th Anniversary, we’ve teamed up with our friends from Phans of Philly to give one lucky person two tickets to see the Phillies vs. Orioles in Baltimore on June 14th & 15th. Includes transportation (from pickup location), a 2-night hotel stay, tickets to Friday and Saturday games, and an all-inclusive pre-game event before the game on Saturday.

The following rules apply to your participation in our Chapman 30th Celebration Giveaway (hereinafter the ‘Sweepstake’). By submitting your entry, you agree to these rules and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit your entry.

1. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning. The Sweepstake is open only to legal residents of the following states and those at least 18 years old at the time of entry: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware (each an “Eligible State”). Employees of Chapman Windows Doors and Siding (“Sponsor”) and the immediate family (spouses, parents, siblings and children) and household members of such employees, are not eligible to participate or win. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstake.

2. The Sweepstake begins on Friday March 1st, 2024 at 5.00pm (EST) and ends on Tuesday April 30th 2024 at11.59pm (EST) (the “Entry Period”). The Sweepstake closes on the date specified. Late, invalid, or incomplete entries will not be considered, and we accept no responsibility for lost entries.

3. Entrants will be able to enter via Facebook, Instagram, and by visiting our showroom, as follows:

• Facebook – Follow @ChapmanWD + @phansofphilly, comment on one of the “Chapman 30th Celebration Giveaway” posts with the hashtag #30YearsOfChapman, and like the post to confirm agreement of the terms and conditions
• Instagram – Follow @ChapmanWD + @phansofphilly, comment on one of the “Chapman 30th Celebration Giveaway” posts with the hashtag #30YearsOfChapman, and like the post to confirm agreement of the terms and conditions
• Showroom – Visit our showroom in West Chester and put your name and contact details in the Giveaway box at the front desk.

 You are limited to one entry per medium, which is three entries in total.

4. All eligible entries will be compiled, and a winner will be chosen randomly. The winner will be notified either through Facebook or Instagram’s direct messaging system, via comment, or email (if a showroom winner) within seven days after the closing date of the Sweepstake. The winner will be asked to reply within seven days of being notified to claim their prize. We reserve the right to offer another randomly selected entrant the prize if the winner does not respond in 7 days. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitution is allowed. The winner will be responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with the prize they receive. The prize includes roundtrip coach to the hotel from the pickup location, 2-night hotel stay, two tickets to the Friday game and two tickets to the Saturday game, 3-hour all-Inclusive pre-game event before the game on Saturday, secure parking at the bus pick-up location for the duration of the trip. The trip travel to original points of departure is the responsibility of the person/persons taking the trip and the Sponsor is not liable for any additional costs or liabilities that may occur. The trip is organized and executed by Phans of Philly. Chapman Windows Doors & Siding reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.

5. Prize acceptance constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, image, photo, and biographical information for promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and Meta’s Terms Of Use and releases the Sponsor, Facebook, Instagram and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, and everyone associated with the development and administration of the Sweepstake, from any and all liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from participation in the Sweepstake or acceptance or use of the prize.

6. Entries are subject to eligibility verification and will be invalid if incomplete, falsified, altered, or tampered with in any way. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person that tampers, or attempts to tamper, with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstake; violates the terms and conditions; or acts in an unsportsmanlike, obscene, or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or entity.

7. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel, alter, or amend the sweepstake and the prize due to circumstances beyond our control.

This sweepstake is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network.
